Return Policy

1. No Return Policy

Due to current pandemic and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds on all snoring and healthcare products. All sales are final.

2. Manufacturing Faults

We takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. We believe our products are made to an exceptional standard but you are protected if there is a genuine manufacturing fault in the product you have purchased.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please take a photo of the fault or issue and email us at sales [at] sleepzone2u [dot] com with the picture attached and a description of the fault.

Please include the original order information including order details and purchase date. Once we have confirms that you received a Defective Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, we will send replacement at no extra cost for the customer.

3. Return Procedures 

All returns on Defective Products must be made within 7 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Defective Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in its original condition.

You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling the returned Defective Product back to us using a trackable shipping service. If we believe the product has been mistreated or has performed for a reasonable period of time, we will inform you that your return request has not been approved.

4. Incorrect Product

We employ real people in our warehouse and sometimes mistakes do happen. If an error occurs with your order we apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem at no cost to you.
